Alpha ESS & Hengtong's strategic collaboration marks the further expansion in the energy storage sec

In order to further strengthen and enhance the leading position of Alpha ESS Nantong Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AlphaESS) in the energy storage industry chain, on April 25, 2019, the company and Jiangsu Hengtong High-voltage Cable Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hengtong High Pressure) signed a collaboration agreement and jointly established Jiangsu Hengtong Energy Storage Co., Ltd. (tentative name). The two parties will play their relevant advantages in large-scale energy storage, micro-grid and integrated energy services to work together and develop relevant markets and to gain market competitive advantage.

At the signing ceremony, Thomas Yuan, introduced the latest development of the energy storage international market to Hengtong colleagues. The energy storage industry will usher in explosive growth in the next 5-10 years. The transformation of Hengtong Power Industry Group from cable suppliers to energy system solution service providers is highly consistent with the strategic development plan of AlphaESS. This is also a solid foundation for the two parties to achieve complementary advantages and to win towards the same goal.

The combination of AlphaESS and Hengtong will fully enhance the comprehensive strength of the two parties in terms of industrial layout and technology R&D. Especially in large-scale industrial and commercial, power grid side, user side energy storage design and development, manufacturing, engineering construction, the two parties will further concentrate their resources to create a comprehensive energy service.
