Every day in an industry area of Shenzhen City, an AlphaESS 250kW/518kWh energy storage system operates 24/7 to achieve demand response for the Tellhow Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. The company has gained its reputation with products used in the Olympic Games and disaster relief such as ice damage, flood and earthquake. This integrated system includes a PCS, LFP batteries, an energy management system (EMS), a battery management system (BMS), a monitoring system, and a fire protection system.
As the project is a demonstration project of user-side contribution to energy independence, the AlphaCloud monitoring platform enables the company to set charging and discharging times to avoid high electricity tariffs at peak times and be prepared for unexpected blackouts, maximizing the benefits and taking one step further toward Net Zero Emissions eventually.
